Keep the hammer down, boys. Keep beating the teams we're supposed to beat.

Are you FN kidding me? This is getting ridiculous having the bench pounding on teams. I can get used to this. Two things:
1- I thought Daniels would be good, but he seems to be fitting in perfectly and I like the fact he has a cool demeanor and not a hot head 2- After watching Sheldon Williams, is anyone missing an injured Powe as much? 3- Philly has the ugliest cheerleaders in the league. Where do they get these females, the local soup kitchen. |

I thought we played very sloppy ball, and yet win by 30+ on the road against a decent team. I think boredom may be this team's biggest challenge during
the regular season.
Danny looks like a genius with his off-season bench-building. Wallace, Daniels and Williams all look like perfect fits. I not only don't miss Powe, I don't miss Glen Davis. Not yet anyway/ |

The turnovers were ugly but we have so many weapons that we can win handily with half the starting line up brain farting and shooting blanks. How about the House/Sheed/Daniels/Williams combo? Just tearing teams apart. |

Hard to believe, but this is even better than the beginning of '07-08. Great to be deep again, after suffering through a thin bench last year. Starters
had an off game, save Pierce and maybe Rondo, but we still cruised.

I'm not trying to be negative, but the only thing i don't like is the management of Allen. Without looking it up, he has to averaging the most
minutes/game. That is not good. I should look it up tho.

Does anyone think that having Giddens come in instead of Allen at the SF is going to hurt the bench play that much? So far during garbage time he doesn't seem so bad. He could always use Scabs in the SF if he doesn't trust Giddens. Another yawner after an awful start. KG looked off tonight. Philly has wasted millions bringing in Brand when he clearly isn't fitting into the gameplan of the new coach. |

It's funny, we wait for months and months for the season to start, our guys get off to a great start, and, except for the Cavs game, we're kind of
bored by it. Are we spoiled or has the NBA killed the regular season by letting so many teams into the playoffs? In baseball, you can have a very good team
and miss the playoffs. The regular season matters. In the NBA, if you have a very good team you KNOW you're going to make the playoffs and the only drama
is the race for HCA in the playoffs.

Nah i think we're just spoiled JMost. Remember the days we were horrible but this board was alive sharing in misery, theories, and hope for the future? Now
that we're good we don't even talk about it, I mean, what's to say? Unfortunately only the element of controversy, adversity brings alive the
chatter. That's partly why I brought up Allen..the only concern i have to this point.
But I still do have interest in the regular season mainly with one eye on the other teams like Cleveland, Orlando, Lakers, and Spurs for example. I want to see how those teams gel with their offseason aquisitions just the same. Right now Orlando is very very scary. They haven't had Lewis, Pietrus and Carter has been hobbled by the ankle injury. I don't see that Cleveland has made up any ground on them, it's still all about LeBron and Delonte is the wildcard it seems, strange as it sounds. Toronto is also a team to keep an eye on - they might be a trade away from being a legit title contender. BTW what happened between cp3 and Rondo after the game? |

Just two peacocks showing their pulmage. CP3 I'm sure is frustrated with his team while Rondo wants to be at CP3's level. Lots of trash talking that
got out of hand. I don't think they'll be sending Christmas cards to each other this year. Much like Lebron and PP. KG and Zaza. Perk and every center
in the league.

In twenty years they'll probably write a book together with Jackie MacMullan.
... but seriously, I don't know what was said after the game, but it clearly was a continuation of whatever was going on between them all game. |
