Hey admins, is there a quote button? Also what about text tools like bold, italic, underline, font shading, etc. ??

Not sure why that isn't built in, but I will see what I can find - I think I have to go to the forums and search through ways to customize the board with html.

In order to use those buttons Surferdad you have to turn them on.
When you post, right below the subject line there is the formatting line. Yours is now set to Plain text. Hit the exCodes. You should now see the quote button along with everything else. I wasn't dubbed Bigshot Genius for nothing.

I think he actualy means the quote button next to other people's posts (you down with opp?) not the quote button on the "add reply" screen...

You may be right but SD also asks where the Bold,Italic and Underline buttons are? If he doesn't turn on the excodes he won't see any of it.
