KMart has +3 games on me for the rest of the week, +4 games for the total week. I don't think I can overcome that margin against his powerhouse. I could of
gotten a couple of those games back, I think, had I been able to pick up someone up for Brewer who is out of the lineup with injury. I think Pierce could use a
rest against the Pacers. Come on, what do you say Doc??

Actually no I wouldn't of picked up any games from Brewer anyway. Story of my season -- out-gamed! Otherwise my team is perfect.

Looks like Zeke and MVJ are finally flexing their muscles. Can Juggy and KMart make a comeback?
MBob is getting his revenge on me for ending his perfect season. Meanwhile I'm also beating 32fan (who apparently fell in a hole somewhere and is stuck. Rescuers are on the scene).

Haven't quite figured out why I'm playing yak and Jmost at the same time either - is this punishment being doled out by NBA.com for me losing in the
1st round or what?
Jason Kidd finally woke up . . . Ben Wallace is still in the Bahamas resting for the real play-offs |

Zeke has 17 games left on his schedule and I have 16. I also have a 21 point lead over him as of today. I have Jameer Nelson on the injured list who is playing
Sat and Sun and is supposed to return, but if he doesn't I could be hurting. Zeke has Beno Udrih and Rasheed Wallace on the injured list, although Wallace
was just rested and should play the rest of his game while Udrih is unlikely to play the final game Zeke has him down for. I have a fighting chance if Jameer
plays his final two games of the week as we will each have 16 remaining games in terms of active players and I have a 21 point edge to absorb the fact that
Zeke's team is awesome! However, Stephen Jackson has been lights out for me all season and picked this week to suck balls. He also needs to recover his
prior form. Should be a barn burner Zeke - Good Luck!

Thanks for doing that, Jug - I had been meaning to check into that, but I got wrapped up in - I know - work...

Alright Zeke,
I have a measly 13 point lead heading into the final day. We both have a full line-up for tonight and Jameer Nelson did play yesterday so it looks like we'll both be full strength. The only thing is, I think you have a stronger starting line-up than I do, especially with Stephen Jackson stinking up the joint like skunk weed. I've led all week, but this is the only day where it matters and I think my luck has run out to be honest. It was a fun ride! |

I was just looking at my lineup today, with Nash, Redd, Turkoglu, Odom, Brand (who's back and playing well) and Al Harrington as my center, and pondering
how good I might have been with Yao. Oh well ...

Just how did you end up with all those guys anyway JMost? I may solicit that the league commissioner complete an audit on how you assembled that team and make
sure it was on the up-and-up and no collusion or cheating was involved with the GM of the JaMokes . . .

I was just coming here to say it looks like I'm in trouble - who knows who will actually play, though? Between the tanking and the coasting teams, it's
up in the air.

Not sure what happened here, but last night when I went to bed I had 839 points and two players that were only in the 1st quarter of their games. This morning
I go to look and Zeke won the contest 838-811. Not exactly sure how I lost 20 points from McGrady and Thornton playing 3 more quarters. The worst thing is that
I cannot even check the stats because the results feature won't allow it. This is slightly frustrating to say the least...

If you know how many points you started the day with it's relatively easy to figure out how many points you scored yesterday.

I don't know how many I started the day with but I know that I had a 13-point lead I believe on Zeke. I had Jameer Nelson, Stephen Jackson, Tracy McGrady,
Tim Duncan, Andris Biedrins, and Al Thornton. Zeke had Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant, Peja Stojakovic, Antonio McDyess, Rasheed Wallace, and Danny Granger...

My estimates of the points scored yesterday have Zeke outscoring you by 41 points for the day. Here's the breakdown:
Jughead Jameer: 15 McGrady: 35 S. Jackson: 8 Duncan: 31 Biedrins 31 Thornton: 9 Total 129 Zeke Iverson: 48 Kobe 36 Peja: 34 McDyess: DNP Rasheeed: 12 Granger: 40 Total 170 I think it comes out right. I think NBA.com had some weird stats going on last evening though. Some of the totals they posted for my players don't match up with what I see this morning. Frustrating, but ultimately I think they got it right.

Yup - in the end the differential does look about right. I was up by 13 at the start of the day and lost by 27 by this morning - although last night they had
Biedrins with more points than that on the live scoreboard. That might have been the error - I won't trust the live scoreboard again - although, there is
only one more week. Good job Zeke and congrats! Good luck against the perfect storm. I think I had it right then, leading all week the line-ups on the final
day did not favor me. McDyess even got a DNP and I lost. Not even Troy Murphy could have saved me. Stephen Jackson was my most staunch performer all season but
apparently he can't perform under pressure in the playoffs. He's no keeper that's for sure...

No problem. The live stats were definitely off last night.
Congrats to Zeke and MVJ. We'll have another new first time winner this year.

I went to bed thinking I had it in the bag - what a tease, but I'm proud of my guys. We weer nothing. I think Biedrins might be a keeper, he's really a
points mongrel....
